" " was written to introduce the world to some of the undiscovered foods of and the history behind the recipes and introduce the fantastic flavors of the island. I studied Savory cooking and French pastries. I chose a few of my favorite dishes, desserts, and native drinks. I was lucky to be invited to the Bobby Flay Annual BBQ events in Chicago while starting my business. I met many international chefs and learned about cuisines from around the world.
