Prospects of Cloud Computing in Education and e-Governance

Cloud computing combines the best practices of Virtualization, Grid Computing, Utility computing and Web technologies that inherits the agility of Virtualization,Scalability of Grid computing and simplicity of Web 2.0. The educational institutions are under increasing pressure to deliver more from less due to current resource crunch and the growing demand for quality education.
