Director Michael Bilandic presents Project Space 13, the story of a performance artist who finally gets his big break, only to be thwarted by the emergence of the pandemic. Nate (Keith Poulson), whose provocative performance art will finally be viewed publicly in Manhattan, is shut down by the pandemic. Undeterred, he locks himself in the Manhattan gallery and continues to perform for no one. But as tensions rise over the state of the pandemic, the gallery hires security to watch over Nate and his art. This poignant film pokes fun at the nature of art and society in trying times.
