Procedural Review of EPA's Greenhouse Gases Endangerment Finding Data Quality Processes

This is our report on the subject evaluation conducted by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This report contains findings that describe the problems the OIG has identified and corrective actions the OIG recommends.
