"Prisoners of Circumstance" is an action-thriller set in Lebanon in the 1980s when Americans were being taken hostage by radical militias and held as bargaining chips. Impatient with the agonizing delays of the diplomatic process, elements within the US Government moved to secure their release by less conventional means.
