Childbirth is either something that can 'happen' to you or you can learn birth and birth coaching skills so together you can work with your baby's efforts to be born ... no matter what type of birth you experience or what is 'happening' to you or around you. One hundred percent of pregnant women will give birth one way or another. Now we know there are specific skills that empower you to 'do' this activity.
