Powerful with Love and Time Travel

Powerful with Love and Time Travel covers a broad range of emotional and physical trauma endured by the author. More often than not the author became overwhelmed, unable to cope in a healthy way, and become stuck. A section is devoted to stuck players. The main focus is in teaching a high energy "cousin" of meditation termed "powerful with love." Once this state is achieved time travel is possible to the meditator. A manipulation of past events is then pursued. This uniqueness of this manipulation is that the older self is able to comfort a much younger self thus resolve the internal conflict; gaining a powerful coping skill.
