Politics and Shards in Bloomington, MN

Lord Murkar becomes the President of a rogue planet of renegades, profiteers, scoundrels and thieves. Dusty reveals his latest warning of Shard bearer attacks. But Murkar gets bored and through a weird series of night time experiences he becomes the kid's protective angel. Together they try to prevent America's rich hypocrites in the Deep South from destroying the government election process.
