A book containing 39 poems about my deepest feelings of requited or failing romantic love, that I have felt and have caused others to feel. Most of them are illustrated with story-telling pictures that I drew myself.
My poems contain a lot of analogies and sometimes tell stories of their own. Sometimes, I drew a picture at the same time as writing the poem, and if I did then I will include the illustration along with the poem. Others, I had an illustration in mind and never made it until I came close to publishing, and some are without illustration;
There are pictures may help drive home the meaning of the analogies and stories.
The poems are mostly my own style, but I find that
expressionism and surrealism fantasy
seems to best describe it

Many of them are
sad or involve sorrow, and analogies using nature and animals are extremely common
