Pledge at Fort Niagara

When at a prisoner of war camp at Fort Niagara, New York, a German Intelligence officer observes a lack of allegiance to country and Hitler's Nazism, he has serious reservations about the integrity of his three cell mates. What matters most is their apparent disregard to fulfill obligations. To prove their honor and their ability to commit, they vow to return in the year 2000, to Western New York, to this historic location.
