Wealthy and powerful Garmaeel wants to rule the world, for which he believes an army of obedient people is needed. Dr. X, an unscrupulous scientist who has extensive experience in genetic engineering, approaches Garmaeel and offers to help. Dr. X theorizes that, with the proper genetic manipulation, he can accelerate the evolution process in present-day apes and monkeys, and turn them into humans. He also emphasizes that ordinary humans would only go so far in obeying Garmaeel's orders, whereas his genetically engineered humans would be programmed to even kill themselves if ordered to do so. Garmaeel likes the idea and decides to sponsor Dr. X's activities. However, the ride is not a smooth one; human dissidents, gorilla protestors, dead or murdered monkeys,

foreign powers' interests will now need to be dealt with.
