Pissed and Broke, No. 4: A Commemorative Reissue

After the reissue of Pissed and Broke No. 6, we are pleased to reissue this one. As with the previous reissue, this edition has been overhauled and augmented with additional material. As previously explained, we did not have any money in those days; all we had was our attitude and our enthusiasm. This is how the fanzine would have looked if we had a decent budget. Enjoy.
