Currently, there are over 25,000,000 (that's twenty five million) people who are either unemployed, underemployed or given up looking for a job. Part of this problem is has been a paradigm shift in the way to look for the right opportunity. People are unprepared for the new way of looking for a job, let alone a career been effected by today's economy. And the sad truth is, change is going to take time.
