The Law of Turkmenistan "On Hydrocarbon Resources", also known as the Petroleum Law of Turkmenistan was adopted on 20 November 2008 with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 208-III dated 20 November 2008. Present edition of the Petroleum Law reflects all amendments, addendums and omissions as of 1 March 2017.
