Personal Journeys is the second book of short stories written by Susanna Doolin. After receiving rave reviews for her first book, Personal Reflections, Susanna was encouraged to share more of her true-life experiences. Once again, she takes the reader on a joy ride of adventurous trips around the world, including her first solo visit to a foreign language country, her life-enriching safari to the Galápagos Islands and the thrill of studying at Oxford University. Susanna openly discusses lessons learned from her young adult years when she didn't have a care in the world. She is also candid about revealing her struggle with skin cancer and imparting the most painful day of her life when she placed her mother in a nursing home.
