The Green Man is in trouble again! He successfully found Uncle in the Outworld, but then everything went wrong! Uncle is in a strange building where everyone is dressed bizarrely. There are large-eyed people in grey rubber suits, people in white robes, and strange looking cats on silver leashes. His only hope of making sense of everything is Percy Fitz and Princess Portia.
