Pee-Wee's Big Adventure in Bloomington, MN

Director Tim Burton made his feature debut with Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, the film which made a star of actor Paul Reubens and his man-child persona Pee-Wee Herman. When his beloved candy-apple red bicycle is stolen by spoiled rich kid Francis (Mark Holton), Pee-Wee sets out on a wild goose chase that takes him everywhere from the Alamo to Hollywood.
