I was born and raised in East Sac and studied art at David Lubin, Kit Carson and Sac Hi. And Stanford. I used to ride the No. 1 bus Downtown regularly to my orthodontist appointment at 11th and L. It has been fascinating for me to watch Downtown follow in the footsteps of Midtown as it evolves into the exciting entertainment, dining and living district it is becoming.
