Teenage mirth, mayhem and mile a minute laughs abound in Fawcett Comics' series OZZIE
AND BABS. Whether at school, dating or working various jobs Ozzie and Babs consistently find themselves at the center of slapstick whirlwinds. Their high jinks often include Ozzie's best friend Dippy, Babs' mischievous little brother Algernon, and Ozzie's frazzled parents Phil and
Alice.
The hilarious Ozzie Turner and his lovely girlfriend Babs Forester first appeared in WOW
COMICS # 59 in October of 1947 and would continue in that title until its demise with Issue #69.
Ozzie and Babs moved to Master comics starting with issue #107 and would continue, with a couple of exceptions, to issue #133. Ozzie and Babs were then given their own series in
December of 1947 and was changed to TV TEENS with issue #14.
This book was compiled with the best images currently available. That stated, these comics are over seventy years old. The best efforts have been made to make the pages as enjoyable as possible but not every panel is perfect and some allowances for the age of the books need to be considered when judging the overall contents. The story from Master Comics #110 is not included because quality scans of the story were not available.
