Overlooked Truths, is a self-help book that is meant to empower/motivate the reader to fix or change their lifestyle or behaviors to be more suitable for themselves. I feel like the power of self-improvement is very important to learn about, because it comes with self-mastery and self-awareness, and many other skills needed to master this life. I want everyone who reads this book to be able to walk away with at least some type of new view on the effects of social media and how to gain skills to master themselves. I know deep down inside of me that I was meant to write this book for a reason and I know that the reason was for people to learn from me and gain new insight about themselves and others.
