Okay to Cry in Bloomington, MN

Is it okay to cry about the death of a loved one? What about being angry or frustrated or sad?
After a long-term illness, Starr's father passes, and she is overcome with a lot of varying emotions including anger, frustration, sadness, and relief. Starr is unsure how to act and if how she is feeling is okay or not normal.
