John Bunyan was an English preacher, but today he's most famous for writing the seminal Pilgrim's Progress, one of history's most famous and popular allegorical works. Bunyan even has a festival in his honor within the Church of England. Of Antichrist and His Ruin is a treatise Bunyan wrote that explains the signs of the Antichrist's appearance, and the ways in which God will defeat the Antichrist. Ultimately, of course, Bunyan assures readers that the Antichrist will be ruined.
