Chant, Kurt, and Moorehart find themselves caught in the middle of an altered timeline, and a dystopian society in a war-torn Sonora, that no longer resembles the home they've known. The clash leaves Moorehart injured and craving a simpler life. It seems like a good time for Chant and the gang to enjoy some light-hearted time travel as he heals. Amid all the drama of high school, working two jobs, personal relationships, Chant now finds himself leading the time travel team on his own.
