North South War

North South war describes how a war can be said to be going on between the North and the South of the earth. Richard Falk of Princeton has been one person who has argued about this. The North uses many of the world's resources and the south is a victim of certain issues like deforestation and hunger and starvation. We take a brief look at the struggle between the North hemisphere and the Southern hemisphere. Some have asked if North South war will result if we obtain world government. Some have asked if there is a leader of the North and of the South. This book briefly discusses how a different kind of war of resource use and resource non use can be described between the North and the South of Earth.
