New Gods: Yang Jian [Blu-ray/DVD] in Bloomington, MN

Directed by Ji Zhao, the animated film tells the story of Yang Jian and his lifelong battle with the past. After he imprisoned his sister for thirteen years, Jian's life as a bounty hunter takes him down an unexpected route. He meets his nephew Chenxiang, who's searching for his mother and hoping to free her from her prison, the key to which lies in a magical lotus lantern. Jian finds himself in the midst of gangs and vigilantes seeking the precious lantern. The fantasy features the voice of Kai Wang.
