What is the Neither?
"...younger Trav'lers discovered they too could ever increasingly remain in the abstracted hold of the Neither - and they liked it there. In no time flat, Trav'lers were choosing to spend time in the Neither as a destination, not only as an interim point on a path to some other lineal time or place, past or future. This phase of discovery was a cultural explosion for all Trav'lers, for it quickly morphed from renegade teen practice to an aspirational place of being for all Trav'ler citizens."
