Needful Notes on Life: Devotions to Start Your Day

"And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:20 The Love, power, and grace of God is almighty and everlasting. He is faithful to guide us through the various ebbs and flows of our existence. At times, it may feel we are standing in the throes of a tumultuous storm. But He is present and ever ready to assist through all tempests in our lives. We are fortunate to have access to daily resources as reminders of God's ability to transform every situation, from bleak to hopeful. "Needful Notes on Life," is a compilation of devotionals based on my Facebook inspirational group "Memoirs to God." From its inception in September 2013, the 'Memoirs' group has grown to over 700 members and daily gather remotely to feel a sense of hope and peace. Devotional entries such as: "I've given God a chance to shine "BIG" in me. And better than my morning coffee, He has awakened all my senses and stirred my Spirit to LIFE! How fortunate we are to have a Heavenly Father Who offers us wonderful opportunities to serve Him! At times we have periods where we may feel we have nothing to offer on behalf of God. 1 Corinthians 3:16 says, God's Spirit lives in us. Therefore "we can do all things through Christ Who strengthens us." (Phil. 4:13) Sometimes the battle is fierce. But fighting the "good fight of faith" is a most worthy cause. It is more than a fight for life and limb, we are battling for the prize of souls. Today proclaim, "Thank You, Jesus, we are worthy because of You!"
