A well written poetry book about my life and how mental health has impacted my life from childhood to adulthood. Mental health is not a topic that is talked about as a whole or as a community. I am bringing awareness how it can affected in different ways and forms. Also, I talked about the different mental health disorders, symptoms and how to get help with my mental health disorder(s). My Pain, My Hurt and Their Lies covers situations, circumstances and problems that arises from untreated mental health problems affected a great deal of my lie before getting help from professional help.
