My little bungalow

Twenty-one-year-old Anne Calloway, who has just been engaged, departs to join the Army Nurse Corps on the Pacific island of Bora-Bora in the summer of 1942. She is captivated to a mystery soldier named Westry, and their relationship soon blossoms into hues as deep as the hibiscus flowers native to the island. She is more excited by the once-in-a-lifetime experience than she ever was by her predictable fiancé.
