My Disabilities I Found Capabilities: Journey

In my Disability I found my Capabilities is a memoir by Pamela Kelly about her journey fighting Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis lung disease. Despite being given a disheartening prognosis with a life expectancy of only two to three years, Pam has survived her disease for over nine years and has remained stable throughout that time. Throughout her journey living with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, she has never relinquished her faith or her belief that God has chosen a path for her. Even when life seemed at its darkest, her faith kept her safely on the course set for her. Now, Pamela has decided to share her story with others. She hopes her story will show others, particularly those who may also be facing Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, that faith is the heart of change, and even when a moment seems endless, belief will see you through. Pam's belief in the Word and the power of faith has seen her through, and this memoir is her way of sharing that story and faith with others who may need it the most. Pam would like to dedicate this book to her sister who inspired her to share her story with the world and her mother, who kept her in acknowledge of God's word.
