This is a book of poems, prose, and songs that came to me as a gift from spirit and by the encouragement of frinds and family is being put into print. These are words that started coming to me, through me in 2012 during times of meditation. Some are about people and their experiences that I have known, some that I did not know at all, and some of my own.
