Murder Comes to Town in Bloomington, MN

Digger's Cove, Oregon, is not only off the beaten path but seems to be caught in a different age. It is a quiet town which suits reluctant Sheriff Abby Anderson - that is, until Jimmy Evans got himself shot on his way back into town. Jimmy was not well-liked. Everyone in town is a suspect. The state police dump the murder Abby's lap because she knows the town. Things get complicated when a lover comes home.
