You Are ENOUGH!Stop sleeping on you! I did enough sleeping on us as women for all of us. It's draining, overwhelming and it hinders you from even wanting to push toward what's meant for you. Say to yourself, "I'm enough! As a matter of fact, I'm more than enough!" This I knowI had to tell myself over and over, 'I'm more than enough, ' before I started believing it about myself. Childhood trauma, promiscuity, vanity, anxiety, fear, and the inability to communicate kept me, for a very long time, from being the mother, the woman, the survivor, the daughter and the wife I've always wanted to be. I minimized my abilities, my dreams, my deepest desires because others were telling me I shoulda, coulda, woulda, as they placed their unfulfilled dreams on me. I finally told myself, "Your happiness is in doing what makes your heart smile first," and that was the moment I started living for me. More than enough is my testimony to freedom. It takes you from broken to healed, healthy and happy. More Than Enough is a story of resilience, mental health, grief recovery, faith, pain, endurance, happiness and love; more than anything, love for self. As you read its pages, allow my experience to encourage you to choose you first. Allow these pages to always make you take a look at the man in the mirror and know that if you aren't healthy and happy for you first, you won't and can't be that for someone else. Be more than enough for you first.
