MONOLOGO DI UN RIFUGIATO: MONOLOGUE OF A REFUGEE

DESPITE THAT THE BOOK IS CLASSIFIED AS AN ITALIAN EDITION, IT IS IN . (FROM LEFT TO RIGHT: ). Arabic as my mother tongue and subsequently translated into English and Italian. It does not intend to be a purely narrative work. It looks like a series of photographs collected over time related to the last six years of my life, which were crossed by important events such as the war in Syria, my experience as an expatriate and a refugee and the sudden death of my father while I was away from my country. These events have marked me forever and are the reasons why this story was written. It is a flow of feelings and images linked to the memory of my father. These are the notes I took while crossing a continent and carrying with my backpack contains some books, some clothes and many small burdens.
