Elena is a metal demon. She spends her time in dive joints dripping with human juices hunting for her next meal. Only the aura of a savage death metal singer can satiate her, until she feasts on Sage. Something has awakened within her. Cannibalistic cravings weaken her and drive her to devour forbidden things. Can she control her urges, or will she expose herself and face another exorcism? Sage, the lead singer of Soiled Carcass, is on a booze and sex doused tour with a reputation to keep. During a performance at Bad Idol, he blacks out and hits the stage. Images of a six-hundred-and-sixty-six-year-old face dripping in black ichor invade his mind as he relives a heroine infested past.
