Rebounding is one of the lowest-impact ways to get a heart rate up, which is why mini trampolines keep coming back into fitness routines. This one measures 38 in across on a 7.5 in high frame and is rated to 330 lbs, so it takes a full adult workout rather than being a children's toy in disguise. Thirty-two steel springs spread the load evenly under the mat, giving a consistent bounce across the surface instead of a soft spot in the middle, and a high-resilience jumping mat returns the energy rather than absorbing it.The details that matter are underneath. Six legs are screwed into the frame rather than pushed in, which is what stops a leg working loose after a few weeks of use, and each sits on a non-slip rubber pad so the trampoline stays put on a wooden or tiled floor. A protective cover runs right around the springs, so a foot landing off-centre meets padding instead of steel. When the session is finished the whole thing folds into a compact size at 15 lbs, light enough to carry to a cupboard or stand behind a door, which is exactly what makes it practical in a flat. Built from Pp, Pvc and iron on a sturdy steel frame, it comes with a user guide.
