Max is the smallest turbine in the Harper Flowers Wind Farm located just outside the town of Harper. The teen-agers of Harper often hang out at the wind farm in the evenings. Max hates it when they come until he meets Eby. A horrible storm hits the wind farm causing terrible damage to all the turbines except Max. The townspeople and teens are without electricity, and it's the night of the biggest rivalry football game ever. Eby, his parents, and the townspeople beg Max to help, but he thinks he's too small. Will Max be able to save the day?
