About the Author Thomas Cash Hartley retired recently after working for 39 years in a family-owned oil company in Cambridge, Ohio. He and his wife, Sheri, spend their winters in Cape Coral, Florida, where Hartley fishes the waters of Charlotte Harbor and writes Jason Sparks novels, his retirement career and newest passion.
