MALCOLM X BLVD: The Short Story

This is "Malcolm X Blvd: Part 1." It is the first book in my "Malcolm X Blvd." series. The entire series is a novel in progress. It is a fictional story about a writer whose book signing ended abruptly because of violence. Some members of the audience attacked the writer because of his controversial remarks. After escaping the assault, the writer reflects on his upbringing and how it lead to his present situation. "Malcolm X Blvd." discusses current topics such as mass shootings, the national anthem protests, "Make America Great Again" and Donald Trump. "Malcolm X Blvd." is a brilliant work of art. It's epic.
