Constrained by her mother's dying wish to never tell her father she knew who he was, Nice did the only thing she could do when Red Lightning, the last remaining Gifted crime fighter in the city died from a bullet to the head. She vowed revenge for her father's death,despite knowing that whoever killed her father assuredly had his own Gifts, and that she had a definite lack of her own.
