Life in Arosova was designed to be simple, equal, but for Sawyer Rivers it never has been. As Carter steps up as Annette's successor as head of Arosova's rebel group, the Patriots, after her age out, he sets out to do the one thing Annette never did, and that has every Patriot on edge.
