Journal, Journal, Journal! I made this journal for people in transition. I lost most of my hair when I had thyroid disease four years ago. I started journalling to calm my nerves and it was very healing and therapeutic. I made this book for people needing to write with a purpose. Healing and clarity is earned as a result.
