Life's Spices From Seasoned sistahs is a collection of stories and poetry by mature women of color. They tell of life experiences including self-esteem, maturing, aging death, marriage, friendship, and more. These women speak of triumphs, joys and sorrows, that are experienced by all women. These truths strengthens the fact that all women experience life in similar ways no matter what their culture. Through these short stories women bond with other women, gaining courage, strentgth and support from other women who have endured similar life events.
