Forty years ago, he swore to never set foot in China again. His last operation there almost cost him his life, put a price on his head, and made an enemy of a man who is now the leader of China's notorious Ministry of State Security.
John's country needs his unique skills, but is he willing to risk his life and possibly his family and friends, to protect the nation's security and help a fellow American? Even if he is willing to accept the risks, he has to tell his wife, who has no knowledge of his CIA career and won't understand why he would risk everything for his country.
