Library Volunteers Welcome!: Strategies for Attracting, Retaining and Making the Most of Willing Helpers in Bloomington, MN

Volunteers are crucial to the daily operation of any library. Finding and retaining the right people, motivating them and matching their skills with projects is challenging.
