Levi Strauss & Co. created the Lot 333, or simply No. 3, as affordable yet durable jeans with excellent craftsmanship. Featuring a simple, stripped-back design, they were crafted with a single needle topstitch outseam (unlike the busted outseam of 501® jeans) and a tiny front watch pocket that was inserted rather than sewn onto the outside of the larger front pocket. And to save on costs at the time, there was no arcuate design stitching and no back yoke. Although they were made with supposedly lower grade denim at the time, our Archive proves otherwise—these extra strong, essential jeans were crafted with durability and simplicity at their core.
  • A stitch-for-stitch reproduction of our Lot 333 jeans
  • With a high-waisted, wide-leg fit
  • Crafted from plain selvedge denim
  • This garment has gone through a unique dying process: Color transfer may occur onto other surfaces.
