Parents, teachers and readers – each time this book is opened encourage the child (children) to think what else?. Change up the story every time to see the imagination of the child participate as the pages are turned and where they take the story. Play games where the children finish a story being made as the conversation takes place. Continue the story using their ideas, or find objects in the surrounding areas. This engages the children to use their imaginations and open their awareness of their surroundings.
