Tara developed her own unique leadership manifesto with a basic tenet: Leadership is about relationships we have with the people around us, and we are only as strong as our compassion. In this book, a story of a brave women that fought her way through the Vietnam war. A child that had to learn how to stay strong at age 3. And an individual that stood against all odds to climb the leadership ranks however in the end realized that being on top isn't perfect.
