I firmly believe that the best leaders are creative thinkers, so a creative approach to guiding them is a great way to engage imagination and inspiration to lead.

A final epilogue has been added to address the role of higher education in supporting students' journeys beyond the university. Most students will not make their career in academia, so academia should be ready to apply their teachings to the very real world beyond the lecture hall.
