Law and Practice of Foreign Arbitration Enforcement Arbitral Awards Pakistan

Pakistan has recently reformed its arbitration laws and laws on the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitration agreements and awards. These reforms relate to both international commercial and investment arbitration.
